Happy seafarers at Christmas aboard the Summit Europe

Pictures of happy seafarers at Christmas aboard the Summit Europe showing off their recently acquired hats, gloves and scarves. The pictures were sent to us by the ships Master.

The ship had been in north Europe and the crew were very grateful to receive these knitted goods delivered on board by our chaplains and ship visitors during a visit to the Thames.

Chaplains based at Centres for Seafarers Centres around the UK delivered more than 4000 Christmas presents to ships during December enabling those at sea at Christmas to receive a small gift on Christmas Day.
