Chaplaincy Team

Three Chaplains are based in the Centre and represent the three largest international Christian Mission Societies serving seafarers. They visit all the areas of Tilbury Docks on a daily basis and can also be contacted at the Centre. The Chaplains will be happy to arrange special services and masses.

Paul Cave is the Chaplain representing The Sailors Society. He has been based in the Tilbury area and has served seafarers in the Tilbury Docks and surrounding wharfs and berths for some years.

The Rev. Ray Trudgett has recently joined the Chaplaincy team representing The Mission to Seafarers. Ray was until recently The Mission to Seafarers Chaplain in Aquaba. Ray's chaplaincy will cover both the Thames and Medway ports.
